My first taste of photography was when I was 15 and my older sister let me come second shoot at weddings with her and help her edit photos! My business came to be a handful of years ago when I discovered the love I had for photography! There’s just something about being invited into special moments with incredible people that gets me every time! Being able to be a part of the most special day of their lives holds a lot of weight for me and simply excites me! Whether it be chasing sunlight, dancing in the rain, or snuggling in the cold, it all makes me feel alive!

I’m a Minnesota raised, free spirited, people loving girl. Being involved is what I do best! I love meeting new people and capturing their love story at any stage in their life. Focused on the moments in between, it gives me a unique perspective of capturing that genuine burst of laughter, some windblown hair, or the happy tears that are all of a sudden overwhelming. Those are the moments I love to capture, and feel so fortunate to get to capture! They tell your story, and make you relive the moments that mean the most to you. Photography is truly a gift to me, and I feel so fortunate to get to do what I do!

Just like you’re on the hunt to find the perfect photographer, I am also looking for a specific type of client. My clients are never just clients to me, they become friends! They are planners that love detail, but are also easy—going and don’t mind if the weather is less than ideal, or if something unexpected happens. They desire to have photos of the moment, whether or not the kids were cooperating. They put their trust in me to deliver exactly what they are expecting, because what you see in my work, is what you’ll get! They are ready to let loose at their session, and completely be themselves. They don’t mind if their dress gets a little dirty, or if we don’t get that one perfect smiling family photo, because kids will be kids!
